My background in sociology, executive coaching, and image consulting shapes how I approach this work. I see clothing as more than personal expression. It's part of how we communicate identity, confidence, and credibility.

As founder of McKnight Image Lab, I work privately with executives, physicians, founders, and public-facing leaders on the visual half of their authority, the part résumés don't cover.
